Advanced Placement
The Advanced Placement program (also known as AP) is provided by the College Board, offering college-level courses and exams that you can take in high school.
The AP for All Initiative was created in 2015, as part of the Equity and Excellence for All Agenda, to ensure that by 2021 students in every high school in New York City would have access to at least five Advanced Placement (AP) courses.

To register for the exam, one must register for AP Classroom.
