The NYC School Survey is one of the nation’s largest education surveys. Survey feedback can help improve your child’s learning environment. You can take this year’s survey until April 4.
Your feedback helps us understand what you think our school does well and how you think we can improve. Survey results allow us to reflect on how well we are achieving our school’s goals and mission. We use this information to make decisions about how to serve you and your child better each year.
You can take the survey online by visiting NYCSchoolSurvey.org. Use a lowercase “f” followed by your student’s identification (OSIS) number which can be found on their report card or student ID card. Families can also login to their NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) to take the survey.
Students can also return the completed family surveys to Room 149.
