We are inviting our Newtown High School families to the next virtual parent’s association meeting this Thursday, January 19 at 6:30 pm.
We will have 2 presenters, Ms. Altomarino, AP Languages, will speak about the seal of biliteracy, an award given to students who have attained proficiency on 2 or more languages, and Ms. Hinojosa, from LaGuardia Community College Center for Immigrant Education and Training will speak about the Immigrant Family Literacy Program
